K have worked with clients and decide not to insert between contractor and client

When I didn’t insert myself, what happened is contractor didn’t keep to schedule, client looked to me for the results. Then held me responsible. And client got mad at me.
Now I have policy — timeliness and quality issues. Now that impacts us is that I hire the subcontractors, they work for me. One clear chain of communication!
Which means that if we are going to coordinate, if subs need to be brought in, and client doesn’t have capacity moving quickly, and willing to pay us then I want to actually sub out them myself.
K one way to get visibility is to Insta etc. stories now…. doing an inside view of how the sausage is made.

If it wasn’t a highly visible site, it really is for someone like me the best way to interact with how you look … let it sit … more a tool that gets things out of my head. I don’t like th mockup things… Need to see in real life. See where the blanks are.

As long-term, I see this marketing bump and expenditure, and then more sustainable for them over time, us acing as advisor. After bump, after evergreen marketing is in place they should not need to many outsourced, unless they wanna have particular things made …
Outsourcing that sequence and maybe it’s good to do that for a few cupcakes.
At $10-15M, they might really be able to afford in-house, a bump may be short or 18 month bump, there they need extra resources
Do I really wanna work with a client where sustainable role is to always have all their marketing contracted out? Not sure if would require in-house but owl have to be a special case. I want them bulk of our clients, maybe they have to get over a hurdle, but somebody who’s scaling is actually great opportunity for us.
C CEO and lordship need to be very connected to the marketing. Our workshops really need to deliver a ton of aha moments.
I think they should be bought into it, e even if they’r not writing it.
K the idea of getting these people in as they start looking at their own areas their customers interactions differently. The way were' sending out invoicing, or whatever, is not really keeping in these workshops .. service dlievery, shipping, etc … . — be in keeping with the special stuff that make people love us. Maybe somebody from shipping comes in and says we should really be putting a little card in each box that says XYZ … somebody answering questions starts tis ay you know we’re not doing what we talked about . The idea is to spread the entire customer experience acrrodsss the org and hot just a n outbound marketing activity.
